You can expect cheeky observations from personal experience on the good, the bad and the fugly aspects of living — a creative —  life, and what it takes to follow that flow and those f*ckyeahs all the while having some f-ing fun.

    Recently, I started to see my musings as less of an at length to do list to start my day or a recap of the day prior’s events and more of a chance to dig into the depths of sentiments to make sense of my feelings around fuckups, fuckyeahs and everything in between.

    I write poetry right after I run, tapping into that residual Runner’s High. In this format, perfection, prose and punctuation are not necessary, making the Art flow more streamlined while stretching.
