  These MPs are my church. Or rather, I'd rather not use the C word and instead say sanctuary or meditation. They're a great way to clear my mind from the get go.

• radical honesty

  If a tech bro and a Hallmark card had a baby.

• do this

  I can do this. I do this.

• go slow to go fast

  If I were to force through this onboarding, I probably wouldn't be as reflective and that's needed to forward think. And I don't mean jump way ahead, but to simply strategize.

• toss

  This pen sucks. I'll toss it. Not worth writing uncomfortably.
